Help Others Persons Can't Log

Hi Guys, i have big problem with configs, I do not know how to get other people to connect to my server. When someone tries to connect it appears on the auth server, I have already opened the ports! Please help!! Do I need to make another change in some configuration?

it does not go beyond the login part

Im using No-Ip program!! and L2-Scripts, Classic-L2s [26360].
