As title says, i'm looking for Gracia Final or Epilogue mid rate server without craft.

Well there is a server https://www.l2alendria.com usually it is a craft server but you can also buy full items (s grade and dyn) with more quest items. If you want you can give it a try. I havent craft there anything so far, but still managed it to get full dyn in a decent time ;)
