Problem with Character Creation

I make new local server and just after to go make my new character come out this message " Your Character Creation Has Failed "

If anyone can help me ! thanks

It doesn't say much. 

Error on console? 

Do you have sources?

- Yes: use search and find the message, check conditions

- No: trash the pack

Problem its ok . Work.

 

I have another problem know . i open npcgrp and npcname with file edit and if i go to save the changes he delete the file.... can you help me ?

You messed up the new line structure, didn't leave empty line at the end, wrong save value? Something like that.
