i dont know if its  scam or isnt it, i want ur opinion because looks like that for me, this one is the post :

ok, this is in Spanish so i could try to translate a resume.. basically he says that because he "Lost" his account he wont give me my money, ofc i have paypal screen shots, even in the skype he agree that i've sent the money as gift but bcz somehow he can't re enter to his paypal account he wont give me anything, i told him about the admins and he says doesn't give a sht.. so i'm almost sure i wont get this money back or the adena, the idea is at leas t ban his ip or mac so that would be a bit harder for him to keep scamming ppl here ... if need more proves pls let me know.

psd.. his solution was for me to send 100 bucks more so he will send me like a lott of adena, ofc this is not going to happen
