Stucked buffs (some help needed)

I searched for stucked buffs and found this. It is an old topic yet I wanted to try it to my server to see if it works, after all they said it is fixed on most servers but might work on few.

I find mostly useless the inability of poster to explain the thing he tries to post.

 

"You send the packet" ok I am not russian and I even don't see the program the way you see it cause I do not even have a russian language in my pc. Get things clearer.

 

I know this might sound stupid to try to use something that was posted long time ago but it might work. Why does everyone have to be clisse for anything that has to do with program usage?

Oops, sorry did not know that there was a request forum ection. So now should I remake the thread there or someone will remove it? Should I talk to a moderator to move it to there?

about you're problem...even thoug you don't see the russian writing, you will see ??????? instead. That does not mean the buttons are changed. Just press the same button the guide shows you to press. That's why ppl make prints, because of the language barrier.
