the most failed server i have ever seen... 0 population, without buffs some characters sucks, a titan cant use battle roar in combat mode or any self buff and as i said the server sucks

Thx for the report. I fixed all your complains.

Important Update:
+ Fix Self Buffs Bug when targeting npc!
+ Removed Improved Buffs, they not let you use your own buffs
+ Add Npc Buffer with full buffs and command .yanbuffer
+ Removed buffs from bracelet
+ De-buffs return after 30 sec
+ All buffs 9 hours
