WTF? Enchant bug.. or exploit..?

Hm.. last day I was enchanting my SOM (+10).. (I got 3 Blessed ewa in my inventory)..

So.. i've turned on my hlapex.. and enchanted with a packet..

I've used the 3 enchants and.. It put on 4.. a bit strange..

(on the shot.. you can see.. when I used an enchant (Select item to enchant.) But when i used the last.. It +-ed 2 times..(+12 |+13) )
