Add New Zone In Zonename-E [C4]

Hello, I am using C4 server with some custom zones, I would like to be able to add these zones in zonename-and I did not understand the logic to add new zones.

 

Example:

 

In C4 Primeval Isle does not exist, therefore in zonename also not, however in the server that I play this area is a custom zone available.
