how to enchant skills

hello guys... i have a little question... how can you enchant skills by a gm or database??

You can enchant them in game...

The only way i know is to press //add_skill

Then put the skill id (f.e id for triple slash is 1)

Then put lvl 101 (this is +1 Power)

                102 (+2 Power)

                130 (+30 Power)

                141 (+1 Cost)

                170 (+30 Cost)

 

Those numbers are for every skill...
