ahk check mobs hp and send action to game and client try get target around 5000 dist( can set) , and press 1 -2- 3 ( can set) run macro. best way farming on pvp servers and watching movies.  its not just clicker 

You get dist by GetNextCreature ?

If not  then your stuff is nothing new
