[help] custom item on <x> count of pvp

Hi,

i want to make that on <x> count of pvp player get special item.

Like:

when u reach 20 pvp u get BEWS

after that when  u reach 20+ pvp or 40 pvp(20+20) u get another item and so on.. Every 20 pvp's

is it possible and how :)
