Since when is rewriting several bytes at specific locations of an exe "hard"? The only part where you would have problems is if you wanted to remove certain nonsensical stats and add new ones (in this context "stats" is what is seen in client "stats" window [alt+t]).

And we know extender makers never do any serious changes, only add minor, "cosmetic" "features" which just show their brain damage regarding MMO gameplay.
