Virtual Box - Basic Settings

Το virtual box είναι μια καλή λύση για να μην κάνετε φορμάτ συχνά από δω και από κει χωρίς λόγο. Θα σας γλυτώσει κόπο και χρόνο.

Τώρα όσον αφορά τα virtual box και το L2.

Αυτά τα settings πρέπει να γίνουν με βασικότερο το Bridged Adapter. 

Αυτό θα δώσει IP Address στο virtual box και κατ'επέκταση πρόσβαση στο internet.

Mέσα από το virtual box ανοίξτε το command prompt και γράψτε ipconfig. 

IPv4 Address είναι η εσωτερική μας IP. H local IP. (Για την εξωτερική IP αναζητήστε "what is my ip".)

Οπότε, για να συνδεθούμε στον L2 server που τρέχουμε local από το φυσικό μας pc στο virtual box χρειαζόμαστε την εσωτερική IP. Την εσωτερική IP θα βάλουμε και στο l2.ini

 

Τα port που θα χρειαστεί να ανοίξουμε για τον server. πχ 2106 AuthD και 7777 game server επίσης θα τα ανοίξουμε για αυτή την IP. Την εσωτερική. 

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΉ 
Υπάρχει πιθανότητα ενώ έχετε ανοίξει τα ports, να σας εμφανίζονται κλειστά σε διάφορα port checker site. Κάντε port check με το πρόγραμμα ανοιχτό. Δλδ όταν δοκιμάσετε να δείτε αν ανοίξατε το 2106, δοκιμάστε με τον AuthD server ανοιχτό. 

 

Αυτά τα δύο απλά πραγματάκια είναι που πρέπει να ξέρετε σίγουρα για τα virtual box.

Τρέχω ένα pack c1 για μένα. Προσωπικό project. Βοηθάω έναν Ουκρανό για έναν άλλο c1 και τέλος τρέχω και έναν Interlude. 

Αν δεν είχα virtual box, θα έπρεπε κάθε φορά να αλλάζω τις databases... και γενικά θα γινόταν ένα χάος. 

Οπότε έχω 3 διαφορετικά VB για κάθε server και δεν επηρεάζει κανένας, κανέναν. 

 

Ένα άλλο παράδειγμα είναι με τους dedi. Πχ η ovh δίνει τα windows 2012. Πριν νοικιάσω τον dedi να μην κάνω μια δοκιμή ότι όλα παίζουν εντάξει; Και για να κάνω μια δοκιμή να πρέπει να κάνω φορμάτ και μετά τι; Να κρατήσω πχ την server edition; Για πιο λόγο; Δεν την χρειάζομαι στο προσωπικό μου PC. Οπότε φίλε μου, τρέχω ένα virtual box και ότι και να γίνει, έχω το κεφάλι μου ήσυχο. Αν "σπάει" κάτι, δεν με νοιάζει. Σβήνω το Virtual box και τέλος. 

 

Αυτά μου ήρθαν τώρα σαν παραδείγματα και όπως κατάλαβες κάπως έτσι "κολλάει" το Lineage με τα Virutal box. :)

 

Ελπίζω να σε κάλυψα. Καλή συνέχεια.

      i guess loading only the effects that are needed it will maybe work, like removing from reshade shader folder the ones that are not needed, depends on the pc also i guess, also limithing the game at 30fps can be better maybe
