I need edit teleporting price for newbie.

E.X from 1 lv to 20 lvl price for tp free.

 

Can any ppl help me ? :)

I can change price for teleporting. but i need change price not for all. Only For newbies. from 1 lvl to 20 lvl free teleporting :)

Complicated because o npc teleport global is public is more easy block level 1 a 20 than programming a loop so for him
