help making new character

i opened StartAcountManager and making new account gona opened l2 and login and make new character now me gona navicazt find in l2jdb character and opened change accessleve to 200 and now login in server but my character is 1lvl and no admin why? anyone my problem

When u create acc what access lvl set u ?

If u set on navicat 80lvl u be have it but if u kill mob u lvl decress ~~ xD Better be if u hange lvl in game ;]
