Lineage II Evrika,
     Is currently recruiting skilled and loyal people who are determined and trustworthy to ensure a top quality team.

 

 

   Most of you must be thinking "what are their goals and motifs?" Well, we don't want anything besides creating an outstanding project which we would take on with pride. We want to invest our time and dedicate our knowledge to serving the Lineage player community.

 

WE KINDLY ASK THAT READERS DO NOT POST IN THIS TOPIC IF THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED !

• For those who are willing to participate, they will be rewarded from 5 to 10% of profit, depending on their contribution to the project.

   As we all know, staff corruption is rather common in majority of servers. Our goal is to make sure that staff actions are transparent to the players and to eachother. In order to combat this issue, we have decided to create an administration council for our server.
 
SERVER’S ADMINISTRATION COUNCIL:

• The administration council will consist of 5 to 7 members of the L2Evrika staff and will vary depending on how many will be recruited other than the existing staff (Intel and Nighty).
• Therefore, we expect to see 3 to 5 new members.
• Other than those 5 or 7 members of the staff, 2 of the clan leaders of the top 2 ranked clans will be added as well.
• The player council members will change every month, depending on how their clan is ranked resulting in more opportunities for players.
• The administration council will decide the fate of server the moment it opens to the day it closes.
• Decisions will be made togheter and decided through Skype.
• Server changes will not be applied until a consensus is formed.
• At the end of each month, we will make a conference in which we will present the financial status of the server and the payments for each member of the staff.
• The 2 player representatives, will be rewarded with in game incentives for their help.
• We will especially need the player's perspective for creating and starting the server along with future editions.
• The administration council, will decide what type of server it will be: Low-Mid or High rate.

   Everybody's opinion matters and is very important for us so therefore it is important to be serious.
Our plan is to invest a lot of our time and money to make this project a reality with the intent to be one of the top servers around.
   We have not completely decided on the name of the server, however it will currently remain as "L2Evrika." The name of the server is subject to change when a consensus is reached.
 
In order to maintain transparency and good relations between the players and the server staff, we plan on creating a donation committee which will keep track of the server donations.
 
THE DONATION CONTROL COMMITTEE :

• The donation committee will consist of 5 members.
• This committee will be formed from the top 5 ranked clan leaders.
• The server staff will have the obligation to present the financial status every month or under specific situations.
• The donations for this server will be kept on a PayPal account specifically for this project.
• Any donation made to another PayPal account or taken personally will lead to appropriate ramifications.

   At the base of this prject, we will have a development team which is in charge of solving any bugs that come up or issues reported by players in less than 24 hours.
   This team won't have any influence on the Administration council or the donation committee.
   The development team will not be paid by the server's donations, since they will be paid as soon as possible after they have completed a task.
