Help Acis - Create Pvp Zone.

First of all hello everyone. I'm new on this forum.

 

I have a few question.

 

1. How to make a pvp zone for example Imperial Tomb but i need not all map just a piece of map. For Example: There is center where is quest Four Goblets. I wan't to make that center is peace zone all around of this center to PvP Zone.

2. Is there any full tutorial for it?
