First mob you kill gets you level 20.

And with all buffs you pretty much just need to teleport to Cemetery (Seal of Shilen) and kill a few mobs in Forgotten gateway to become level 76.

And from there on you're set to go to Primeval Isle.

 

Then again, this is just how I would do it.

Regarding lag, I'm sitting on a 15MB line in Australia connected to a server in France without any lag.

 

I think the lag issue is on your end.

We are still focusing on our 35x, it's just hard to get players these days.

 

The biggest reason we opened 9999x is because players were complaining about 35x being too difficult.

Our 9999x enables us to tell our players that they can always play on this server if they think our 35x is too difficult.

 

Again, we are mainly focusing on our 35x (if we don't count this week).

To prove a concept we advertised for the 35x 1-2 months in advance spending around 400-500 USD in advertisement costs.

We got about 90-120 players daily playing during the first week which then slowly died a bit.

 

We've only renewed a few of the advertisement but barely done anything specifically for our 9999x and we've got about 30+ online.

 

It doesn't matter anymore as long as you don't have a known name.

 

If I was to change my nickname to HowardStern or to some old school owner.

Get a website design from Strain'D which seems to speak to GR/BR communities.

Name my server to L2 Revenge or some old school known server. Then tell everyone we got 4000+ expected online.

 

I would easily have 500+ online this way.

And then within a couple of weeks the server would die.

 

Lineage 2 is a dead game, all we can do right now is to keep our servers up so the players who still likes to play it has somewhere to go.

The problem on x9999 is that there is nothing to do and the Solo scroll buy , that made me to leave it's annoying :P

x35 is really so fkin nice server, u did really good job m8, big thanks to you. I dont understand ppl who said its too difficult... just few hours and you have weapon A+16... dont worry about those... I dont have idea how to help you, maybe thats the point what u said... Open server with new name like L2Vendetta and change your name... Idk...

To be fair we did waste 4-500 USD on advertisement for the 35x.

We think our 35x is one of the best out there, maybe others disagrees. 

 

But this clearly proves that even with mass advertising (and not lying budgets like e-global saying 20 000 dollars spent on advertising), we still aren't able to reach 100+ daily online.

Servers are indeed empty at the moment and we are currently evaluating what we can do to get more players.

 

We've tried clan rewards, we've tried friend invite systems. 

Nothing of that seems to interest players anymore. 

 

If the servers continue to have 0 players online for another months time, then we might give up.

Because as I said, if we have a place where we have 30-50 players daily enjoying their game, that's good enough for us. 

 

But if our servers are empty even at peaks, then there's no point of having them open, we might as well focus those resources on more Minecraft servers or even World of warcraft.

 

Again, this is not saying we're giving up, it just says that we are realistic and take notice of how the L2 community is slowly dying.

Our minecraft operations are working to our benefit which is right now being the only thing funding our L2 operations, but it can't do that forever.

 

We appreciate all help we can get to "get the word out".

Try adding "Everyone" with full access rights to your Lineage II folder.

And then run the patch again.

Our patch has been tested from Windows Vista to Windows 10.
