Bot Party Setup

If anyone has a bot pt and has some experience with it please help me out..

 

Now I have 1 phoenix knight, 2 doombringers, 1 bd for berserker dance, 1 titan or spoiler (for loa), 1 cardinal.

 

Thing is I have good armor only on tank, the rest are with A grade armor and S84 weaps without SA..as soon as a karik or w/e mob in Loa changes target, my doombringer dies with 1-2 hits..so the party is not rolling quite well..

 

does the party have to be full S84 to stand a chance? should I use talisman on all chars? 

 

Also, I click an option that char rests after death for 30secs so I can put noblesse on him from alt+b menu..but from what I saw it kept assisting the tank..this made it hard for me...if I can't do that I'll have to make my healer noblese..
