Overall is a really good design, good job!
In my pov, I think you should change the vote banners. Change colors or even shape to something with more brushes like the whole theme :)

Yes, that's pretty nice now!
Another advice, the server status won't be shown to ppl with 1024 width resolution..
So try to have all side in a radius of 1024 pixels at center :)

you are correct, but you can do ti width 100% and aligin on the left, and it will be shown on everyscreen at the left side of his screen. (with one condition the width of menu and status cannot be more than 1024 otherside you have to make more css files for everysingle resolution to make it fit)
