[Help] MySQL DB

Hi all,

 

Did any1 ever tried getting into a DB of the server ? :P

All tips / information are welcome ;)

i guess u r writing about real hacking here ^^

 

didn't tried it yet but imo it wolud look like that

 

1) gather info about server by scanning, if u know what kind of soft and which version of soft server uses u can go to sites like http://insecure.org/ and search for vulnerabilities  (yea thats the ez point)

 

2) if u find one then write an expolit that allows u to get root on that server (lol thats the hard point u got to know how to program xD)

 

correct me if i'm wrong ;)

C is key to real hacking thats truth...

but its quite complicated for ppl that never progammed eariler,

if u begin your expirence with progamming recommended is Python, its a lot easier and gives similar possibilities to write exploits (btw its greatly documentated and u will find a lot of tutorials and stuff to learn it)

I tried some programms to scan the server .. but with no results so far Oo..

Perhaps u did this before , Hardcore..

If so .. would u please share the tool u were using?

btw. whats the point in seaching for weak points of some server if u can't expoilt them ? ;p

*sigh* i tried those .. but my comp keeps crashing while scanning .. so i thought maybe u were using someth else ^^
