Colored Topics For Administrator.

Hello, maxcheaters. I want to customize my forum a bit and add one really cool and helpful feature. As the topic says I want all the topics, made from administrators to be painted in any color. Something like this:

Christmas 2014 & New Year's Eve 2015 Event - Topic made by regular member.

Forum Cleanup + Get Gold Membership [Event/contest] - Topic made by forum administrator.
