L2 Adrenaline works on Nanna, although it is paid but within a few days you can pretty much make the money back thru selling adena, chars etc. 

And if you want a good, stable bot basically this is the way to go, people need to pay so developers can spend more time improving the bots and keeping them alive. Then you can use the bot and make your money back anyway.
