[Help]GameGuard Error

HI. I started tonight to make an l2j Hellbound server. All ok but when i open game i get gameguard is damaged.errorcode=153 . I done every thing i could i read guids and things for like 3 hours i cant solve it. what should i do? it should work perfectly but it doesnt! help :(
