Server Hardcore open again after problems with server machine...

can u say max enchant....chronicle..?(i prefer c4 but this is dif...)is there anything custom.....and i can say that u have to iscrease the jws enchant rate to 75% if u do not i think that we will see more soultakers than fighters.....tell this things and if u can inscrease the jws rate and i will test it.....
