Discussion Should Things On Gfx Be Changed?

i wanted to upload a tutorial about adobe after effects in GFX section (GLOBAL EFFECTS/GRAPIC EFFECTS!) but before i do the topic of course i checked the rules.what i saw made me a bit like "WHAT THE FUCK!?!" and i am curious is this "GFX" only for Ps? ? ? Because i read this : ( Hello,Let me introduce you to our new graphic section, "GFX Tutorials! Here you'll be able to share tutorials related with photoshop,)
