idk how it's No Custom Items. and have Mandarine Armor , Weapon ??

 

things to change for better server :

enchant rates and max . 16 (normal 50-70%) (blessed 100% max ex. 10) (crystal from 10 to 16 80%-100%) 

remove this custom things :

• Mandarine Armor Scoll(From Raid Boss Or From Votes)

• Mandarine Weapon Scroll(From Raid Boss Or From Votes)

and finally Special items = custom items & custom items = Special items ! so if u dont wanna change to better , remove No Custom Items from the info

Maybe its more balanced than mage/fighter tattoo for example gives atk/cast speed.
