Discussion Interlude Oly Prophet - Tips And Tricks?

Hey,

 

I decided to try out that new Interlude Dex servidor and thought it would be cool if I could beat some ruskies at oly with something imba, so I made (imo) IL's strongest oly char - PP.

 

The problem is - I've never played it on oly before :D

 

So my questions are:

 

1. Which armors should I rush? I assume DC/TLM robe are must-have, but then? Majestic heavy, IC, Tallum heavy?
   
2. What dyes should I take?
   
3. I managed to level it up to 79, should I bleed it to 80 as well? I mean, is the difference for debuff landing any apparent between those two levels?
   
4. I don't have any skills enchanted, so which debuffs are worth landing and which are not? I mean, should I bother trying to land e.g. Word of Fear?
   
5. Assuming I have only ++B weapons available, which ones should I take?

for sure you need a heavy armor

a bow

a dagger

and weap for mage acumen

if you can get augment skills like stone prominence shadow flare and etc try to get them on mage weaps

dyes go for wit +4 men -4

con +4 str -4

and dex +4 str -4

But why +DEX though?
