Help With Change Something

Hello. I have annoying problem and maybe someone know how to change that...

 

now i have that when im using skills

 

 

sound with that is so annoying.. i dont hear skills etc...  someone know how change that to that:

just c/p the systemmsg-e.dat from example 2 to example 1 system.

emm ok... but.. where i can find that systemmsg-e.dat  or if u can tell me line when  i can delete that... coz my experience with this things is 0 :/

 

EDIT:

 

i found program to edit that file, im deleting that message etc... but when i try run l2  im getting "files are blabla, pls check" -.-

u are making it sooooooooooooooo complicated just copy it from other server system folder and paste it on urs.

i tryed 20 servers... and i found 0 with deleted that message....
