Help L2Tower Won't Work Ig :(

Hello there! Im playing l2 valiance on official server , Chronos.
The problem is what? Tower works fine at my Iss , at my friend's tyrr warrior but a month now its faulty on my main character. My character will only take target , hit and pick. No self buffs , no nuke attacks. (Im tyrr duelist). It Worked fine from level 40 to level 86-87...
Any ideas to solve the problem?

-Everything is loaded and injected of course , nuke attacks and party buffS(self buffs) are on.
-OS: windows 7 ultimate 64-bit ,l2tower is updated to the last version , running as admin.

- I deleted my main character's .l2t many times , I also formated my computer between this month , just so you know.
