Request Clan Logo

Hello, i want a clan logo using the head of this image

What i want, is the hair(blue hair) to be something orange-red ( like the sun ), same size, transparent background.I want 2 images out of it.One that is just the head with the modifications and one more image that a little bellow the head has the text : RISE .The RISE text should be a good font lets say and in color of white.That's pretty much what i want :).I hope someone can help me with this.

text you can do it on your own, go to dafont.com find a font you like, save it and put it in your c:/widnwos/fonts , after right click on the image here, save it on your computer, open it with paint and add the text you want cuz i find no sense to test fonts for you till i find one you like.
