As you noticed, the account panel needs a rework and we are working on it at the moment.
Here he means that they did not buyed a good DDoS Protection and they figured that after 2 mins of launching they get massive lags.

It's ok mate we trust your words( You are not the first who's using this excuse)
Everything will be done tomorrow morning.
Therefore we need to delay the opening for one day. 
(As I've said before, np we trust this, we know that you are pro, relax)
The server will launch 14.01.2014 20:00 gmt+1. Forum will be back online at this time.

(Nowadays is not hard anymore to build a server pals, is hard to keep it alive or, to keep run it when you announce an opening date.)

P.S. We trust that story with "new staffers" too, there is no more Outlawz, no more Fantastic (server) GMs not more Tomoyas. All is perfect now.

They still not fixed the problems. Next step is closing the " project" lets hope that this "fail Project era" gonna end soon. People getting bored about this situation. :)
