In order to upgrade a S-Grade set you will have to spoil monsters in Mithril Mines Center or Deep they will drop "S Grade Piece" you will need those items to upgrade a S-grade set with Arlana.

I think it is a well developed project, but advertising is missing, so by that our current population is extremely low.
