Help How Can I Change The Login Screen?

Hello guys...
i'm looking for tutorial, how to change the login screen of L2..
i men this here:

How i can add my own video...
or what file must be.. .GIF? video file? or what?
i have make my wallpaper in video type & image type.
and i want to know how i can do this.

you don't need this tool, all you need know are in folder Maps of L2.
