Topzone Issue Plz Help

Hi MxC i try to list my server on topzone.. i have everything they ask. i have banner i have everything they need and they deactivate it! http://l2eleven.wix.com/l2eleven this is the website pls check it and tell me if something is wrong!.. BTW server is online and you can join if you want!!
