Discussion Hosting Provider, Vps/dedicated/web Hosting

Hello everybody on that forum, after so much time ago i've successfully return back on MxC forums. I am interest to create a good domain name that will be interesting as name to remind such as hosting / web / server / vps... But i would like to ask you first for the name, you may have a better idea. I am also searching for people who interests to show their skills, and also may they able to scripting on a Flash project that i've already begin, be sure for who will codes on that project that he will be included on About page as Coders, or their choice may they're designers then will be appear into designers title.... We also interest on a script that may have the power in PhP 5.4 (that i am using) Centos 6.4 Web Server Hiawatha, that the script will have the permissions to restart a specified service, like Web Server restarting "sudo hiawatha restart" to run that command from php into .sh file, i have already tried to do that, and i have already done such commands as "ls -l" , "whoami" etc.... But i have not yet done about to restart a specified service, i am using also Red5 v0.9.1 [Java Based] Flash Streaming Server. Who can helps about that features? And who's interesting on a web based gui that will restarts specified services.
