Well i can see why they failed with the population , these kind of "L2Gold" like server were verry popular 3 - 4 years ago . But now if u want a really good server u have to come up with a good chronicle like h5 and bring 2 the table new feature's . If someone makes on h5 something simmilar to l2gold i bet he gets a loot of people , and i dont meen gold style but something new that make's u want to play.

you are right, and server can't go well if admin don't pay attention to it, and block pking... second still not configured well: some bufs have retail time...
