Paypal Error (Just Saying)

I got a paypal error.

 

It says ''This transaction can not be completed'' while i got the ammount of money on my paypal..

 

Anyone else got that error before?

I haven't heard something like that before. Well, i'm new user in pp but still i haven't see that error before.
Ask some of the exchangers cause they do mcuh more transactions than us. Some of them might know. ;)

I got that error,actually he got it,from one of these exchangers. I dont wonna name him since i know that he isnt gonna scam. I just wanna ask here cuz someone else may now.

The best option for him is to call Paypal and tell them about the situation.
