I have a website that I'm trying to build and it has nothing to do with gaming.

I'm looking for someone who:
 

• Speaks/reads/types fluent English or Swedish (I want to be able to communicate without problems).
• Is 18+ years old.
• Works fast.
• Knows his/her way around PHP.
• Can prove that he/she knows their way around PHP. (I don't waste time on jokers)
