How to make Sql file .

Hello Guy's i have a problem  i  started one server just for fun to test some items ...

When i download  some custom items like : http://maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=239985.0 , http://maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=270951.0 ... etc .

I realize that they don't content  Sql files .... so How can i add them to my Msql data base (Navicat) ....

They got only  Textures , animation and system ( itemname-e.txt , weapon-grp.txt  Hope  tell me what i have to do to add  them ... :/
