PC Upgrading

Hello guys , I was thinking of upgrading my pc but I am pretty clueless about what I should get !

Any suggestions within the price range of 100-350e ?

You could get an ssd as a primary disk and you'll see tremendous difference

Currently my C disk is the one with 250gb. Is it possible to change my C disk without having to format?

Well no. C: = windows.  You can't change the letter nor make it "slave disk"

 

You had to install the windows on 500 gb as C: and make the 250 gb D: (by changing letters in disk management)

I see.. Other than getting an SSD what else do you think it is worth changing? I was thinking new motherboard and 16gb ram ! maybe a new graphics card too
