[HELP]How to make a hellbound Server

Hey guys..i am searching days..about..how to make a hellbound(CT1)Server..running from my own pc..i searched and i didn't find nothing like that..in this site...(because the most people talking about tricks..hacks etc..)It would be very greatful if someone could help me with this..i found some ways to create a server..but..only c3-c4-c5-c6 :/ ..pls help!!  :-\ :-\
