OK you will tell me: "Why the fuck should i waste my time reporting this stuff and getting in all that trouble?"

 

While i feel the same way, i believe the fact that we do nothing about it and we just shut our servers down or spend over 500 $ per month to protection companies is making things worse.

 

The only upside i saw recently is that hosting companies are starting to take measures about this stuff (see ovh).

 

P.S: At least now you know that if you spend time you can put those kids and their parents in a lot of legal trouble.

Simple and direct, you can't.

 

99% of the attacks are spoofed (means the attack are using fake ips), so you can't find the origin network (the correct IPs).
