That... LOOKS like a background (some wallpaper) with a logo, a text and an animated text. :/

There isn't even much to comment on really.

If its just a background with a few text layers it really has nothing to do with "GFX" per se.

 

I'd give the 'signature' (?) a border though. Maybe a 1px stroke (black?) around the signature layer?

Hm, maybe brush some color like white and black on overlay around the sig to make colors more vibrant and move certain areas into more of a focus etc.

The text.. you should leave your hands off of animation for now imo.
