Trick Full Buff On Olympiad - H5 - Npc Buffer

On many H5 severs where is NPC buffer u Can take full buff when is 0.5seconds to the end of olympiad counting.

 

Then u have full buff on OLYMPIAD used on http://l2bloodysky.com/ 5 days ago now it's bloked:

how do I get those buffs ? like point at NPC buffer and reg oly ?

Most of servers dont let you to talk with buffer when u are registred olympiad :)
