Enchant Weapons in Hellbound

i am trying to enchant some weapons in L2Ownage PvP server. Safe enchant is +3

Can any one tell me a bug or a hint that works a bit ?

At least to get a +13 weapon, or smthing

Or, some money cheats so i can buy it from the lucky ones that enchant

yup i play on this server too, and it is hard to enchant over 8

i pay 5billion and get 1 +7 S >.<

what about using search there are atleast 3 exploits how to enchant weapons

I think all of them is Kamael or C1-C6 its not for Hellbound
