Hello i have posted in the L2 OFF section and didn't get a decent response so i will try posting here. Im looking to pay someone to install the necessary programs and setup a L2 OFF server for me. I have tried following the guides but all links are dead and i dont know what im doing with the newer versions of the programs in some of the guides. I would like to make a C4 C5 or IL OFF server. I can pay for services ( not some stupid amount though). I hope there is someone out there with experience that just wants to help out the little guy here. I have a site for my server and i hope to be somewhat successful with it. Im tired of using L2j because i feel like for a low rate it just wont cut it.
