Configure Olympiad System

Heya.. its been a long time since i didnt break anyone's nerves here.. so im back for a lil bit more.. :P

 

Anyone got any idea how to configure olympiad system!? When i open the olympiad.properties file there are few configs and no explanation on what config what is doing... so thats why i never had a server with a configured and no problem running olympiad.. tried to search here about it but nothing found .. so anyone have ever done it? And im gona need a lil explanation about the things.. for example the first row is doing this and this and etc.  ;D Thanks ! Gona wait a good answer :P

 

Something more: In console it says everything just like its configured but in game its not like that!..
