Why you incease too much raid bosses drop (x18) i think is not good this and you have to reduce to x7.Also spoil rate is x35 is too much must reduce to x20.Also enchant scrolls is 58% is too much we can easy take scrolls now if you don't change all server will be with ++ wep.Server go to be pvp server and bless must reduces is too much.I think spoil rate and raid bosses drop is most important and must change.All players bore too easy with this rates,i belive will improved your server and will be better.Thnx for your time!!!

Maybe you could make the chance for enchant to 75-80% at least if they have to farm out to get these enchant scrolls... The rest of the features are okay.. Good luck, You will need it in future..

If they have to farm out with x ammount of farm item to get scrolls would be better.(Just told my opinion).
