[Request]Developer help with xml

Hello Guys i need some help with the making of an xml for an armor(x's Hellbound pack)

In the game they pictures of the armors say that they have stats but they don't and the xml doesn't have them

Because i don't know how to make xmls for armors plz someone make it for me!!

Man they don't work... they make the armors dissapear and the gameserver can't load them... Anyone else??
